Position description
The Team Success Manager role is unique as it’s a shorter-term assignment intended to spring board you into a new position at ConceiveAbilities. The right candidate is an organizational powerhouse, bringing exceptional planning and documentation skills to the team. You’ll be serving as the right-hand to the Chief of Staff, leading or supporting project work across areas like employee events, quarterly routines, culture-building initiatives, technology and more. In addition, you’ll be getting a deep-dive into the business operations of a growing surrogacy agency. While administrative work involves carrying out established processes and tasks, the ideal candidate will recognize the opportunity for deeper learning—and may even identify ways to improve those processes. The project work will be a ripe opportunity to dive deep into a subject and manage working toward a solution or developing a strong process. Attention to detail is how you operate and you are a self-starter that relishes learning new things quickly.
Position responsibilities
- Be a catalyst for an upbeat, positive company culture with a palpable excitement about growth.
- Lead small projects on an ad-hoc basis for teams as-needed.
- Support the planning and execution of Employee Events, including serving as on-site support at events in Chicago, and working closely with our Event Vendor across all Employee Events, both team and all-company.
- Champion and build our culture across teams, using new as well as existing programs, for both new hires and existing employees.
- Organize and be a steward of our quarterly routines, including planning, housekeeping, and bonus routine.
- Manage mail routing from our West Loop Chicago office 1-2 days a week and a wide variety of administration items, such as benefits questions, as assigned.
- Support vendor management by maintaining the vendor tracking sheet, communicating with key employees, and vetting vendors directly.
Experience and skills
- 1+ years of experience in role(s) where you had an opportunity dive into challenging problems and explore innovative solutions
- Demonstrates a growth mindset by proactively seeking feedback, exploring innovative problem-solving approaches, and taking ownership of continuous learning and development
- Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to proactively anticipate challenges, and plan ahead
- Strong command of office productivity software such as Google Suite and Trello, including robust experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be able to work in-person at our West Loop, Chicago office 1–2 days per week.
