The Tech Ops Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the technical infrastructure and workflows involved in the product's life cycle. This role will focus on technical decision-making, providing expert advice on technical issues, and managing the smooth interface between the Product Owner and the development team. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling bug resolution, maintaining system reliability, and aligning team efforts with the long-term strategic objectives for business
What You'll Do;
- Lead and guide technical decision-making across product development and operational workflows, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant
- Own and facilitate technical design discussions, reviewing and approving proposed architectures and implementation approaches
- Serve as a senior technical advisor for complex issues across CI/CD pipelines, data processing jobs, data lake platforms, and related systems
- Act as the primary escalation point for recurring defects, systemic issues, and critical production incidents
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, achievable technical deliverables
- Ensure technical initiatives align with product roadmaps, operational goals, and organizational standards
- Review team deliverables to confirm they meet functional requirements, quality benchmarks, and architectural expectations
- Establish and promote best practices for system monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility
- Lead efforts to improve workflow reliability through proactive error detection, incident response, and continuous improvement
- Guide the design and optimization of automation processes to improve efficiency, stability, and developer productivity
- Support operational excellence by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Enable engineering teams through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and hands-on technical guidance
- Support onboarding of new team members by transferring domain knowledge, systems understanding, and best practices
- Develop and maintain technical playbooks, documentation, and troubleshooting guides to support consistent execution
- Promote technical excellence, operational resilience, and a culture of continuous learning across the team
What you'll bring;
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance (e.g., CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Glue jobs, Lambda functions, Data Lake management).
- Solid understanding of data warehouse design (e.g., DBT projects, Tableau dashboards).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical environments with integrations such as Adobe Analytics and CRM( OCE-D/OCE-P) workflows.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience in driving technical strategies in complex environments.
