Technical Architect - Mobile (Native) & Web
Key Responsibilities
- Define architecture and technical strategy for iOS, Android, Flutter, and Web applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across mobile, web, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and best practice adoption.
- Drive implementation of design systems, reusable components, and modern application architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Define integration patterns for APIs, microservices, authentication, messaging platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Lead performance optimization, observability, release management, and CI/CD initiatives.
Technical Expertise
- Mobile: Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, Dart, Native iOS & Android Architecture, SDUI, Atomic Design
- Web: React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, React Architecture, Reusable Component Libraries, Design Systems, Responsive & Component-Based Architecture
- Architecture & Integration: Microservices, REST APIs, API-First Design, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, OAuth/OIDC
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Engineering Practices: Performance Optimization, Security, Observability, Agile Delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in Architect/Lead Architect roles.
- Experience architecting large-scale Mobile and Web applications.
- Strong expertise in Native iOS, Android, and modern Web platforms.
- Experience with Flutter and cross-platform mobile development.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Experience with Next.js, React Architecture, and reusable component libraries/design systems.
- Experience with cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Server-Driven UI (SDUI) and Design Systems.
- Experience with BFF (Backend for Frontend) and Micro Frontends.
- Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, or similar observability tools.
- Experience with Feature Flags, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience delivering large-scale consumer-facing healthcare, retail, or digital platforms.
