What will you do in this role?
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop integration strategies to ensure alignment across Salesforce applications and enterprise systems.
- Lead technical teams and provide mentorship to developers and engineers.
- Design scalable, highly available solutions that support large user populations and high-volume data environments.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee technical solution quality, architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Support the successful delivery of Salesforce development initiatives while ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Minimum 4 years of full-time experience serving as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
- Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying Salesforce application development experience in lieu of the degree, in accordance with contract requirements.
- Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and system integration experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
Experience delivering enterprise solutions supporting:
- 5,000+ internal and external users
- 5 million+ data records
- Multi-tier (n-tier) architectures
- High-availability environments, including clustering and load balancing.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce application development experience implementing solutions using three or more of the following technologies:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- RESTful API development and integration
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Additional years of qualifying experience may be substituted in accordance with contract requirements.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is 150,000– 162,500– 175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
