We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of Third's Creative Engine, an AI-powered platform that connects creative strategy, performance data, and technology to drive smarter decisions.

You'll own the product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner closely with creative, performance, and engineering teams to build tools that transform how we develop and optimize content. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a foundational product within a growing organization.

  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, gathering feedback and continuously improving the platform.

Data & AI Product Development

  • Partner with engineering to define data models, integrations, and infrastructure connecting performance creative, TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, Meta, and creator data.
  • Shape AI-powered capabilities that analyze creative performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Guide the development of dashboards, search tools, and integrations that make creative intelligence accessible to internal teams and eventually clients.

Creative Intelligence & Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative strategists to identify the insights that matter most and translate them into measurable, actionable outputs.
  • Develop structured testing frameworks to evaluate creative formats, hooks, messaging, and performance drivers.
  • Turn successful creative patterns into reusable content briefs, creative frameworks, and UGC templates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary connection between creative, performance, talent, and engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline creative production workflows through automation and scalable product solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role bridging creative strategy and technology.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative, user-generated content (UGC), and digital advertising.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and technical solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers on data architecture, schemas, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with structured creative testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, AI-assisted development workflows, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently.

Nice to Have: Experience in ad tech, creator economy, or performance marketing; SQL proficiency; experience launching AI-powered products; familiarity with TikTok and Meta APIs.

Who You Are

  • You're a strategic thinker who enjoys connecting creativity, data, and technology.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership and turn ideas into action.
  • You're naturally curious, collaborative, and excited about the potential of AI to transform creative strategy.
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes and products from the ground up.

Why This Role Matters
