As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and strategists to turn big ideas into seamless, high-performing digital experiences. You’ll translate creative goals into clear technical direction, ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical feasibility of projects and ensure development work aligns with best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct first-pass development estimations.
- Align developer skills and availability through Asana’s workload tracking to ensure projects are resourced effectively and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain our structured Internal communications and documentation across teams through our Asana project management workflow.
- Document QA results within the project management system (e.g., Asana), launch readiness, and post-launch performance to maintain visibility, accountability, and accurate reporting in real-time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Asana (or very comparable tool, Monday.com) as a technical project management platform — structuring projects, dependencies, and automations to support transparent communication and efficient team workflows.
- Possess working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, APIs, CMS platforms such as WordPress, hosting environments, etc.).
- Experience working with developers and using tools like Git, Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.

Salary Range
The total target compensation for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, expertise and internal equity.
