Project Management & Delivery Coordination:
- Drive Domain level initiative plans & manage Projects. Actively manage risks through proactive identification, tracking, and mitigation implementation.
- Continuously improve practices and frameworks that optimize the SDLC across the Claims Experience domain.
- Establish and track Technical KPIs that drive continuous improvement & efficiency within a domain & across projects.
- Support our continuous Agile maturity journey at both tactical, domain, and strategic levels.
Cross-Team & Domain Coordination:
- Own and coordinate dependencies across software products within the Claims domain for aligned projects; maintain transparency via dependency boards and integrated plans and through periodic status reporting.
- Foster team, relationship, and network building to sustain and grow Technology delivery capabilities across the domain
- Maintain work progress visibility, identify and resolve delivery issues, escalating support as needed.
- Serve as a key communication hub between teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
Problem Solving :
- Drive complex problem-solving across diverse teams and competing priorities.
- Provide clear and concise project status, risks, and decisions for visibility to stakeholders across Claims Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
Stakeholder Management & Consensus Building:
- Facilitate complex and difficult conversations objectively. Apply conflict resolution skills as required to drive quick decision making and delivery progress.
- Build consensus across stakeholders with different perspectives and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.)
- 6+ years of IT and program management and experience working in an Agile team
- Knowledge/training equivalent to at least one advanced certification from a reputable Lean/agile organization preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills, and business judgement is required
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
