The Technical Solutions marketing Manager, Renewables and Datacenter leads market-facing, system-level adoption of the complete Littelfuse portfolio across
Renewables and Datacenter markets by positioning our products as integrated solutions for inverter protection, power distribution, energy storage, microgrids, EV charging at sites, and mission-critical datacenter power systems. Act as a charismatic, technical systems expert who partners with OEMs, integrators, EPCs, and design firms to solve complex power reliability, safety, and efficiency challenges and to convert specification opportunities into design-ins.

Success Metrics
Design-In Growth Increase in qualified design-ins and specification inclusions
within Renewables and Datacenter accounts.

Revenue Impact Incremental pipeline and revenue attributable to system solution initiatives and events.

Portfolio Adoption Growth in multi-product usage per account and measured
system-level wins.

Enablement Effectiveness Usage and impact of technical assets measured by
sales feedback and VoC results.

Market Influence Increase in thought leadership presence, published technical
pieces, and competitive differentiation.

About Your Job:

System Solution Development: Translate customer pain points into integrated
Littelfuse solutions spanning circuit protection, surge protection, sensing, power semiconductors, and control components for solar, wind, storage, and datacenter power architectures.

Segment Marketing Strategy: Own global marketing strategy for Renewables and Datacenter verticals including messaging, positioning, targeted campaigns, trade show presence, road shows, and distributor engagement.

Customer Engagement and Design-In: Penetrate OEMs, EPCs, facility operators, and engineering firms to influence specs, run on-site system demos and pilots, and secure end-to-end design wins.

• Sales and Channel Enablement: Develop demo kits, application notes, ROI
calculators, tablet content, guided-sell scripts, and technical training to equip
sales teams, distributors, and reps.

Voice of Customer and Field Feedback: Lead VoC, NPS, and tablet survey
programs to capture site-level insights, prioritize portfolio gaps, and validate
solution roadmaps.

Thought Leadership and Content Creation: Produce technical whitepapers, case studies, conference presentations, and published articles that position Littelfuse as the go-to systems partner for resilience, efficiency, and safety.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product management, application
engineering, regional sales, and channel teams to accelerate commercialization, pilots, and deployed references.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor launches, regulatory drivers, grid
interconnection standards, and datacenter reliability trends to shape positioning and investment priorities.

Program Execution: Lead high-impact events, distributor open houses, and
targeted road shows with clear follow-up plans tied to pipeline and conversion
KPIs.
About You:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or
related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 7+ years in technical marketing, application engineering, or product management within renewables, energy storage, power electronics, datacenter infrastructure, or adjacent OEM markets.

Technical Skills: Deep systems-level knowledge of protection, switchgear,
inverters, converters, power semiconductors, surge/EMC mitigation, and energy
management for renewables and datacenter environments.

Commercial Acume: Track Record Proven success driving specification
adoption, multi-product design-ins, and converting technical engagements into
commercial outcomes.

Communication Skills Exceptional technical writing, presentation, and executive storytelling for engineering, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.

Personal Attributes Charismatic, customer-facing, persuasive, and adept at
building long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and facility owners.

Logistics: Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements, site visits,
and industry events.

Salary Range:

$88,500 - $137,100

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
