- Setting up, updating, configuring, troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a call center environment
- Verifying the integrity of accessories and cleaning the equipment
- Installing RAM, hard drives and other PC components
- Keeping asset management data up to date and refreshing end-of-life PC equipment
- Analyzing, testing, evaluating and deploying new products and services
- Supporting remote/offsite access for end users

- Experience: Related IT Experience: 1+ Years; Customer Service Experience: 1+ Years
- Education: Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Abilities: Work with users locally and remotely; Ensure that all requests from user are logged and right procedures are followed; Prioritize and organize effectively; Work with little supervision; Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products; Installing, repairing and troubleshooting Windows-based PC computer hardware and PC components; Installing software, applications, and patches
