This job Is located in our Chicago HQ where we work a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end management of property data and technical support issues, from initial identification through troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and member communication.
  • Manage the technical onboarding of new members, coordinating the setup, testing, validation, and launch of property data feeds with members, MLSs, data providers, and internal technology teams.
  • Serving as the internal subject-matter expert and first resource for questions about member property feeds, listing display, and syndication.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the data-feed landscape across the network — feed sources, providers, integrations, known issues, and member-specific configurations.
  • Reviewing XML, JSON, and other structured data formats to diagnose feed issues.
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and reporting of implementations, issues, outages, escalations, and resolution status for internal teams and leadership.
  • Maintaining documentation of feeds, technical configurations, and troubleshooting procedures as a reliable internal knowledge base.

  • Strong problem-solving, investigative, and organizational skills.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, technologies, and data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working with structured data such as XML or JSON.
  • Experience with technical support, implementation, customer success, technical operations, or a similar customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with APIs, data feeds, integrations, SFTP, or databases/SQL.
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing/project-management tools.
  • Familiarity with authentication or SSO.
  • Real estate, MLS, RESO, listing data, or property technology experience.
