Position Summary:

The Territory Account Representative is an entry-level outside sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business relationships within an assigned territory or account list. This position focuses on acquiring customers who are not currently doing business with TireHub and expanding relationships with existing accounts over time. The Territory Account Representative will receive structured onboarding, product training, and sales coaching to build the foundational skills needed for a successful career in B2B sales. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, goal-oriented individual looking to launch a professional sales career.

The individual must exhibit the following core attributes of the TireHub commitment:

·         Approachable - If a company could smile, we would. Instead we rely on our people to show it. We care about each other and our customers because we know business only gets done right when people respect each other and value relationships.

·         Adventurous - What TireHub is set up to do is intentionally outrageous. So, we readily embrace challenges with the courage to introduce new ideas and the ambition to build something unique.

·         Speedy - Speed is the currency in the tire industry. When we commit to a job, we get the job done and we do it fast.

Role Specifics:

·         Conduct outbound prospecting activities — including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits — to engage assigned candidate accounts and generate new business opportunities

·         Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent, disciplined outreach and follow-up

·         Deliver presentations and product or service overviews to prospective customers, effectively communicating the organization's value proposition

·         Identify customer needs through discovery conversations and match appropriate solutions from the organization's portfolio

·         Overcome objections and work through the sales process to convert prospects into active customers

·         Manage and grow a book of newly acquired accounts by providing ongoing service, identifying upsell opportunities, and reinforcing customer satisfaction

·         Accurately record all sales activities, account information, and pipeline status in the company's CRM system

·         Meet or exceed established activity metrics, pipeline targets, and revenue goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

·         Collaborate with internal teams — including customer service, operations, and sales leadership — to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

·         Participate in regular coaching sessions, sales training, and team meetings to continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills

·         Represent the organization professionally at all customer touchpoints, both in person and remotely

  • Resilience — Handles setbacks, rejection, and ambiguity without losing focus or motivation
  • Problem Solving — Identifies customer challenges and thinks creatively about how to address them with available resources
  • Competitive Spirit — Motivated by performance, benchmarks, and personal achievement; thrives in a results-oriented environment

§  Drives Results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
