About NOCD

NOCD is the nation’s leading tele-health provider specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. Our mission is to increase access to effective, evidence-based care and reduce the stigma surrounding OCD.

Through the NOCD app, Members can quickly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment—via live, face-to-face video sessions.

We are transforming mental health care and helping people reclaim their lives. This role is focused on expanding NOCD’s role of working alongside other healthcare professionals and providers. The NOCD provider partnerships team has grown significantly over the past three years and we’re looking for driven sales professionals looking to go the extra mile.

Why Join NOCD?

Lead with Impact: Influence how OCD is identified and treated by delivering insight-led conversations that shift provider behaviors.

Lucrative Rewards: Competitive base salary + commission

Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

High-Growth Environment: Thrive in a fast-scaling, innovative company with significant career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do

As a Territory Manager, you won’t just be managing a pipeline from a spreadsheet; you will be the face of NOCD in your community. Your primary mission is to get out into the field, open doors, and build genuine, lasting relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems throughout your market.

You will be meeting face-to-face with healthcare providers to challenge outdated referral habits and educate them on the life-changing power of ERP therapy. You are a strategic partner, not just a salesperson. You will leverage data and deep knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry to have sophisticated, high-impact conversations that show providers exactly how NOCD fits into their existing ecosystem. You’ll strategically map out your territory to maximize your impact. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where your drive to meet monthly patient quotas directly translates to more people getting the specialized mental health care they desperately need.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
  • A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

This is a base + commission role with a Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-130,000

Shape the Future of OCD Care

Join NOCD and help lead a movement that’s redefining mental health treatment. If you bring a Challenger mindset and passion for improving patient outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Additional Notes: This role’s responsibilities may evolve to meet business needs. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must have a valid driver's license.
