Salary: $140,000 - $150,000

The opportunity:

With our expansion in the United States, Labman are looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our commercial team and champion Labman’s automated products’ portfolio.

This isn’t your typical sales role. You won’t just be selling products - you’ll be building relationships, uncovering technical challenges and driving new growth opportunities to expand our reach in the United States. We’re looking for someone motivation and pragmatic to drive your territory growth within our US sales organisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Winning new business and exceeding your annual sales targets
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Leading the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals - within your territory
  • Increasing awareness of Labman products while representing Labman at key industry events
  • Growing strategic customer relationships and positioning our products in-front of customers
  • Working closely with our product, application, and engineering teams to build a key internal network at Labman

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in territory or account sales with a strong record of hitting targets
  • Technical sales background in life sciences, engineering, or product development
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in technical conversations
  • A strategic, proactive and pragmatic approach to lead generation and navigation of complex sales cycles
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel 50%+ across your territory
