Role:
We're looking for confident and credible creators based in the U.S. to create content for our official brand account on TikTok (@coingeckotv). You’ll film, host and edit short-form TikTok videos focused on crypto and finance, simplifying crypto concepts for Gen Z viewers — with a tone that’s friendly, engaging, and trustworthy. You are required to post or schedule videos from the U.S. IP.
What You'll Do:
- Host 10 short-form TikTok videos per month.
- Be the on-screen talent for TikTok videos posted on @coingeckotv.
- Edit your own videos on TikTok (TikTok-native edits)
- Post or upload content from a U.S. IP address.
- Explain crypto topics (from beginner to trending) in a concise, engaging way.
- Follow provided scripts and briefs or pitch new content ideas.
- Help us make CoinGecko’s tools and insights approachable for new users.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of what makes a TikTok video perform well (hooks, pacing, etc.).
- Fluent English speaker with clear and confident delivery.
- Comfortable on camera with a natural, relatable presence.
- Some familiarity with crypto or personal finance (you know what Bitcoin is, maybe even used MetaMask before).
- Ability to explain technical topics simply and conversationally.
- Trustworthy, calm, and relatable tone.
- Avoid hype, sensationalism, or financial advice.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous experience creating TikToks or Reels in fintech/crypto.
- Can edit your own videos on other tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.
