Position Summary:

Hiring Salary Range:  $18.04 to $19.83 hourly depending on qualifications.

Trade workers perform a variety of tasks that require technical, trade, or industry-specific knowledge.

 Job Duties:

• Minor indoor and outdoor painting.
• Repair plumbing and replace plumbing fixtures.
•Hang interior and exterior doors and door frames.
• Replace ceiling tiles.

• Patch and hang drywall.

• Order and replace broken and missing ceramic tile.

• Repair holes in existing walls.

• Replace baseboards.

• Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

 The position requires a high school diploma or GED.
