Job Summary
As a Trading Services Manager III in the Conduit & TOI Funding team, you will manage cash operations and funding for ABS Conduits and Tax Oriented Investments. You’ll collaborate with origination teams, treasury, and clients, ensuring operational excellence and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, develop team members, and contribute to innovative financial solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Manage wire disbursement requests for Conduit & TOI businesses
- Act as Administrative Agent, overseeing funding communications and cash flows
- Determine daily funding needs and direct ABCP issuance
- Resolve discrepancies and report critical issues for process improvement
- Ensure daily settlement of commercial paper issued
- Assess and manage FX needs for non-USD transactions
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze market trends and prepare metrics reporting
- Lead and participate in key business projects and initiatives
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and execution
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture
- Represent the team in meetings with senior management and business partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7+ years in trading or finance operations support
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining process controls
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- High motivation, dependability, and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proven managerial experience, including coaching and developing staff
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with JPMorgan wire transmittal systems
- Knowledge of JPMorgan CIB Global Funds Transfer Standards Policy
- Formal project management training or certification
- Experience managing teams in financial services or operations
