Growth Partners, and Salesforce Ventures.

About the Team

Revenue Enablement works to ensure every customer-facing team is equipped to perform at a high level - consistently, confidently, and in alignment with Invoca’s strategic goals. We deliver role-specific, outcomes-driven enablement that accelerates ramp, improves execution, and supports revenue growth and retention across the full customer lifecycle.

About the Role

The Training & Enablement Program Manager serves as the operational backbone of Invoca’s Revenue Enablement function — the internal “operating system” powering scalable learning, process execution, and program delivery across GTM. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Training & Enablement, this role drives the tactical rhythm of enablement — owning the related systems, logistics, and execution layer that keeps 200+ GTM team members trained, informed, and high-performing.

This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the enablement engine runs seamlessly: from onboarding orchestration and LMS content operations, to program logistics, communications, and metrics tracking. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and building structure that scales —making sure the right things happen at the right time.

You WillEnablement Program Operations
  • Operationalize the enablement roadmap — translating strategy into structured workstreams, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain the enablement calendar, including onboarding cycles, certifications, workshops, and recurring GTM programs.
  • Own end-to-end logistics for enablement initiatives (e.g., scheduling, communications, stakeholder coordination, reporting).
  • Ensure consistent enablement delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product functions.
  • Maintain process documentation for enablement operations — templates, checklists, workflows.
Learning Systems & Content Management
  • Manage the LMS and CMS ecosystems (Skilljar, Highspot, or equivalent), including content organization, tagging, version control, and access.
  • Partner with SMEs and managers to build and publish new content (e.g., playbooks, certifications, role-specific learning paths).
  • Maintain and optimize onboarding and everboarding learning journeys across GTM roles.
  • Track content utilization and performance analytics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Own administrative processes for enablement systems — user setup, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Program Measurement & Insights
  • Define and manage enablement metrics and dashboards to track participation, engagement, certification progress, and business impact.
  • Leverage data to identify skill gaps, training needs, and areas for reinforcement.
  • Report key insights to leadership and stakeholders on the impact and ROI of enablement programs.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner with RevOps, RevTech, and Product Marketing to align enablement efforts with evolving business needs.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between Enablement and the broader GTM org — ensuring clarity, consistency, and follow-through on enablement initiatives.
  • Support key GTM events, including annual Kickoff, Connect sessions, and enablement workshops.
You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training operations, program management, or a similar GTM support function — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize programs and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with LMS/CMS tools (e.g., Skilljar, WorkRamp, Highspot, Seismic).
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills — comfortable managing multiple moving parts under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Bias for action — self-starter with a “get it done” mentality and strong ownership mindset.
  • Flexible, agile, and able to navigate ambiguity with composure.
