Marchay is a membership-based luxury travel service dedicated to serving sophisticated travelers with curated and bespoke travel experiences worldwide. Recognized as a premier platform for high-end travel, Marchay offers dedicated, personalized service, exclusive access to private homes and luxury hotels, and a seamless end-to-end planning process.

As a Travel Intelligence Specialist at Marchay, you will operate as a deeply researched, analytically driven member of our global travel team — going beyond traditional advising to uncover, vet, and curate extraordinary travel experiences for our discerning membership.

Working remotely from abroad, you will serve as both a destination expert and trusted advisor — conducting deep intelligence gathering on emerging destinations, luxury properties, and on-the-ground experiences, then translating that research into flawlessly executed, bespoke journeys.

This role is ideal for a seasoned travel professional with a journalistic curiosity, a global perspective, and an obsession with the details that define truly exceptional travel. You will manage the full client journey — from initial consultation and immersive destination research to booking, logistics, and post-trip debrief — ensuring every Marchay member feels as though the world was arranged just for them.

If you are based internationally, have your finger on the pulse of luxury travel from the inside, and thrive working independently within a high-performing remote team, we'd love to connect.
