Job Description:

The Global Card & Intelligent Payables Product team is committed to driving responsible digital growth globally. The Revenue Optimizaton Product Manager will own the strategy, governance, and execution of the Global Commercial Card revenue share program, driving portfolio profitability through revenue optimization, process transformation, risk management, and technology enablement.

As the product owner, this individual will partner across Product, Pricing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Network Partners to align pricing and incentive strategies, identify revenue opportunities, enhance program effectiveness, and strengthen overall P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Commercial Card client revenue share and incentive strategy and optimization to drive portfolio profitability, revenue growth, and client retention.

•  Lead governance, approvals, controls, and exception management to ensure financial accuracy and mitigate risk.

•  Partner with Operations to simplify, standardize, and scale processes and operating models.

•  Drive automation and technology enhancements by defining business requirements and managing roadmap priorities.

•  Deliver data-driven insights, performance reporting, and profitability recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of Commercial Card industry dynamics, economics, and client incentive programs, along with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering technology-enabled business transformation. The role requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence across a matrixed organization, and experience communicating complex financial and strategic concepts to senior leaders, sales teams, clients, and external partners. The individual must effectively balance client value, competitive positioning, risk management, and profitability objectives while advancing the organization's growth strategy.

The candidate should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, Payments, Treasury Management, Product Management, Pricing, Revenue Management, or related financial services roles.

- Experience managing highly complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Sales.

- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including profitability analysis, pricing strategy, incentive programs, and portfolio performance management.

- Proven ability to develop business cases, influence decision-making, and deliver strategic initiatives.

- Cannot be blind to risk when proposing and facilitating product enhancements while also knowing when to push chips in and go after solutions that will drive revenue

- Must be comfortable with making business decisions using general guidance from Legal, risk and industry partners

- Adept at designing communications to educate Product, Sales, Operations, and Credit partners

- Strong multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

- Ability to work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships

- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to effectively work through complex challenges and project roadblocks, responding with the appropriate sense of urgency

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners across a matrixed organization.

- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of Bank of America or similar financial institution and Commercial Card financial dynamics

- Familiarity with P&L components in the card industry (economics, interchange, network incentives, and issuer profitability drivers)

- Experience managing client incentives, revenue share programs, pricing strategy, portfolio economics, or revenue optimization initiatives.

- Experience leading product transformation, operating model redesign, or large-scale automation initiatives.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$129,500.00 - $232,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
