  • Analyze and monitor the competitive landscape across B2B and B2C payments, with a focus on real‑time and instant payment solutions, through partnership with internal lines of business (Emerging Payments, Retail, Card, Trade, GWIM, Markets, Sales, and Marketing) and participation in external networks and industry forums (e.g., The Clearing House).

  • Identify priority client segments, industries, and use cases to support pipeline development, inform product enhancements, and improve product profitability and client experience.

  • Support development and execution of the RTP product roadmap by translating strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives, investment rationale, and delivery milestones.

  • Prepare and support business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics for product enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and risk‑driven investments.

  • Contribute to revenue growth initiatives by supporting go‑to‑market activities, client engagement strategies, and product positioning in partnership with Sales and Coverage teams.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Payments, Enterprise Payments, and Retail product partners to evaluate and advance B2B, B2C, and C2B use cases, supporting client deals and solution design.

Product Development, Risk, and Operational Management

  • Lead definition and documentation of product requirements and enhancements, incorporating voice‑of‑customer insights, usage analytics, regulatory considerations, and competitive assessments.

  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Digital Channels, and Servicing teams to deliver product releases, manage dependencies, and ensure stable and scalable product performance.

  • Support ongoing client servicing by working with Sales, Operations, and Fulfillment teams to manage client impacts, address escalations, and drive continuous improvement in client outcomes.

  • Monitor product performance, client experience trends, operational metrics, and risk events; support remediation, mitigation initiatives, and related projects as required.

  • Execute product risk and compliance responsibilities, including participation in product risk assessments, adherence to enterprise standards and policies, regulatory readiness activities, and issue management routines.

Required Skills:

  • Collaborative and Inclusive: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple lines of business and functions, value diverse perspectives, and contribute to shared outcomes in a matrixed environment.

  • Engaged and Client Focused: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality treasury and payments solutions with a strong understanding of client needs and business priorities.

  • Innovative and Analytical: Ability to identify practical, data driven product improvements, apply structured problem solving, and incorporate market, client, and risk considerations into recommendations.

  • Confident and Adaptive Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence partners, and adapt messaging for technical and non technical audiences.

  • Minimum 7 years of banking experience, preferably within payments or treasury, with hands on experience in product management, product development, risk management, and/or financial management.

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and execute with limited supervision.

  • Experience supporting or executing product risk routines, including risk assessments, control reviews, or issue management.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply end to end payment processes, including operational workflows, technology dependencies, and client buying behavior across segments.

  • Experience analyzing and reporting product or business financials, including performance metrics and investment rationale.

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision support capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing analysis, business cases, and senior level presentations.
