  • Ensure all UI/UX deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG standards.

User Research & Workflow Mapping

  • Conduct usability analysis and iterate designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and stakeholder review.
  • Validate that workflows align with SOW‑defined processes such as inspection logging, direct observation, RG incident reporting, and digital form‑based workflows.
  • Lead customer-facing design walkthroughs to present UI workflows and gather external stakeholder feedback.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and QA teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and design-driven requirements.

  • Produce design deliverables required for CTIS‑M development, modernization, and enhancement activities.
  • Lead internal design review sessions to support team alignment, clarify design intent, and validate workflow feasibility.

Implementation Support
