Your mission is to re-interpret our successful growth formulas for the US landscape and play a pivotal role in building a scalable business infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Development (US): Build relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts and execute sales and partnership strategies for initial market entry.
- Designing Global Business Scalability: Analyze success stories from Korea and Japan to adapt them for the US market, establishing the foundation for sustainable business operations.
- Complex Solution Design (ChannelTalk & Ads): Propose tailored strategies to maximize product utility according to client needs. Design comprehensive business funnels that bridge the gap from new user acquisition to retention by integrating ad solutions.
- Bridging Product & Business: Translate client requirements into technical specifications for internal Dev/Product teams, ensuring local market feedback is reflected in the product roadmap.
- End-to-End Account Management: Take full ownership of the customer success lifecycle—including contract management, renewals, and technical support—to maximize satisfaction for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- IT Product/Service Expertise: 3+ years of experience in IT Service Product Management or tech-based Business Development.
- Market Pioneering Skills: Proven ability to simplify and define complex business problems, find Product-Market Fit (PMF) from zero-base, and successfully scale up.
- Exceptional Business Communication: A 'hub' personality who can drive rational consensus among diverse stakeholders (developers, decision-makers, partners) and translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business value.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in funnel management and data analysis, with a track record of iterating strategies and proving results through numbers.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of basic technical structures (APIs, Databases, etc.) to engage in meaningful discussions regarding implementation with the engineering team.
- Ownership & Focus: A tenacious problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative and the insight to focus on the essence to find the best solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional business fluency in both English and Korean.
- Strategy & Execution Specialist: Experience in strategic consulting or operations, with a proven track record of structuring and building business processes from scratch.
- SaaS & Ad-Tech Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business mechanisms and the digital advertising ecosystem.
