**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

Team Summary:
This role is a part of the Strategic Delivery Office (SDO), and will work with change leaders and leaders in the business to deliver high impact enterprise wide initiatives. 

Position Summary:
Drive organizational capability and adoption through the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences within organizational transformation initiatives. This role blends instructional design expertise, training facilitation skills, and capability development to support enterprise transformation and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Design & Development:
  • Create engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, micro-learning, tool guides, and onboarding pathways.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop and align learning assets with project outcomes and organizational goals.
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Adapt delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage training calendars and ensure timely execution of programs.
  • Strategic Capability Development:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted development programs to support transformational initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that enable adoption of enterprise-wide change, including product and process transformations.
  • Monitor program impact and recommend enhancements to drive measurable business results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and developing eLearning/blended learning solutions.
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person training sessions. Competence in adapting training for different learning styles and collecting feedback for improvement.
  • Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for development and delivery. AI first mindset is critical for this position

Preferred Experience:

  • Change Management certification, or Human Synergistics or similarly related accreditation are considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools such as Thrive, Scribe or other similar systems.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning learning initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrates situational awareness, critical thinking, and has the ability to create momentum, and collaborative environments to meet or exceed business imperatives.
  • Has a drive for continuous improvement, and progress.
