- Define, track, and report on key logistics performance metrics including dwell time, ETA accuracy, mis-ship rates, carrier performance, and cost savings to ensure solutions are delivering expected benefits
ETA Optimization and Data Quality
- Conduct root-cause analysis on ETA calculation failures and transit-time variance; partner with data scientists and IT teams to translate these operational findings into actions that improve ETA accuracy across the vehicle delivery network
- Define data-quality metrics and monitor performance (such as milestone transmission rates, GPS pings, and latency) to ensure high-integrity data
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5-Why analysis) to address failures and define action plans for improvement
Technology Enablement & Automation
- Translate business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions
- Develop workflow automations, dashboards, and productivity tools to improve business operations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to create business value and support the long-term strategy
Technology Adoption & Change Management
- Lead change management efforts to address user feedback, deliver training, and drive seamless system and process adoption among internal operational teams, carriers, and third-party partners
Project Management
- Develop project plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and executive communications
- Coordinate business, IT, vendor, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
- Track benefits realization and project outcomes
