🎯 About the Role

Jump is looking for a Velocity Account Executive to open, manage, and close B2B software deals in an SMB, high-volume, high-velocity sales motion.

As an early AE, you’ll help build Jump’s outbound sales motion to deliver and source reliable, qualified revenue every month. You’ll carry an annual ARR quota measured monthly, build pipeline to hit and exceed quota goals, and manage opportunities with maniacal CRM organization.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to learn how to be a great AE, loves high-performing SMB sales, and is ready to chip in anywhere to help the team win.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Open, manage, and close B2B software deals in an SMB / very high-velocity sales motion.

  • Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly.

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals.

  • Manage pipeline in CRM with maniacal organization.

  • Work with Jump’s awesome financial advisor customers.

  • Manage an extremely high-velocity, high-volume SMB-facing sales motion.

  • Create leverage for yourself using the latest AI-enabled sales technology.

  • Use clear verbal and written communication to represent Jump’s brand well with prospects and customers.

  • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers.
