Lead strategic alliances and business development by identifying, negotiating, and managing partner relationships. Drive partner-sourced revenue, design joint go-to-market plans and partner marketing, oversee onboarding and solution accelerators, manage opportunity pipeline, and advise senior management on partnership strategy and outcomes.
Overview
We are looking to hire an energetic, motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as the head of Strategic Alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with leading digital organizations in accordance with company’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage partnership / alliance relationships on a regular basis. Deepen relationships with partners and driving ROI from partnerships.
- Identification and assessment of potential new partners relevant to company’s business strategy. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Drive business development activities between the organizations. Manage opportunity pipeline, shape new deals and actively influence and govern ongoing deals
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs aligned with company strategy and manage communication across the partnership community
- Conceive and oversee execution of solutions and accelerators and create unique differentiators to accelerate partnership value
- Work closely with senior management of the Company to present progress, outcomes and advise on future strategy
- Work with internal teams for partner onboarding, go-to-market planning and training related activities
Key Requirements
- Youi have 15+ years of experience in Technology Sector
- You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior relevant experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- You are able to review and negotiate partnership agreements.
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You are familiar with Digital trends and changing market dynamics
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
