The RoleAt CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. 27 of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is accountable for ensuring customers getting full value from what they bought and the relationship growing from there.
We’re looking for a VP / Sr. Director, Client Services to lead a large transformation at the center of how clients realize value from CCC. This role leads Deployment, Training, and Customer Analytics — redesigning the operating model to be more centralized, scalable, responsive, and commercial over time. The leader in this role will simplify how work gets done, use AI and automation to reduce manual effort, and build a model that not only supports Client Success better, but also creates new opportunities to monetize Client Services.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Client Services organization across Deployment, Training, and Customer Analytics
  • Redesign the operating model to centralize work, improve consistency, and make the model easier to scale
  • Drive streamlining, automation, and AI adoption to reduce manual work and improve speed, quality, and cost-to-serve
  • Build a more commercial Client Services model, including clearer service offerings, stronger value stories, and opportunities to monetize the work over time
  • Set clear priorities, structure, and accountability across the organization so teams deliver with speed and consistency
  • Partner across Client Success, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align the model to client needs and business priorities
  • Build and lead a strong bench of leaders who can execute the transformation and keep raising the bar over time


 

Requirements:
  • 15+ years leading client-facing service, delivery, implementation, operations, or customer success in a complex B2B environment
  • 8+ years leading managers and large, multi-team organizations
  • Proven experience leading a similar transformation, including centralization, operating model redesign, and scaled execution
  • Strong operator who can simplify complexity, improve execution, and build consistency across teams
  • Comfortable using data, AI, and automation to improve speed, quality, and scale
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to connect service delivery to growth, value creation, and monetization
  • Strong cross-functional leader who can influence senior executives and move enterprise priorities forward
