Scope: Global Operations & Supply Chain (~$6B revenue footprint, 40+ plants, global network)
The Global Finance Operations Leader is responsible for Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement Finance across Ingredion’s global manufacturing network. The role oversees financial performance, cost competitiveness, and analytics across all regions, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement leadership to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth.
What you will do:
Lead global financial strategy to achieve annual financial goals across manufacturing, supply chain and procurement
Integrate global Cost of Goods Sold into planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Standardize product costing, inventory valuation, and financial close processes globally
Provide executive reporting, monthly performance analysis, and variance insights
Drive cost efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operations
Partner with Supply Chain on S&OP, inventory optimization, and network footprint decisions
Support capital allocation processes and ensure strong ROI governance
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and governance processes to monitor plant performance
Improve visibility and analytics with focus on Net Structural Savings and cost per metric ton
Lead supply chain finance excellence across sourcing, inventory, and risk management .
Build and lead a high-performing global finance organization
Who you are:
Proven executive leadership and team development capabilities
Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
15+ years finance experience including manufacturing / operations finance
Global leadership experience in a multinational organization
Deep expertise in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and FP&A
Strong analytical skills and ERP systems experience (SAP preferred)
Track record of driving transformation and operational performance improvement.

$312,800.00-$417,066.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
