Leads the strategy, governance, and operational execution of the global infrastructure organization, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and resilient technology services through effective management of infrastructure operations, data centers, networks, workplace, cloud, and IT service providers.

Develop and execute the enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy by establishing a clear vision, priorities, and objectives aligned with organizational goals and the business and transformation initiatives

Lead a multi-functional technology organization delivering infrastructure and shared services across business units, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, service reliability, and business enabling technology outcomes

Provide executive leadership for global infrastructure operations, including 24x7 service delivery, infrastructure and data center operations, and technical support functions

Establish and maintain operational excellence through ITIL-based governance, proactive monitoring, and effective leadership, ensuring high service availability, business continuity, support effectiveness, and vendor performance

Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks, and oversee the implementation of enterprise security initiatives aligned with the organization's security strategy and standards

Ensure critical business systems are supported by robust and tested disaster recovery capabilities that enable operational resilience and service continuity

Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives to build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative organization

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and innovation across infrastructure, data center, network, workplace, and cloud services

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Ten or more years of experience with progressive advancement into senior technology leadership positions

Demonstrated success in progressive enterprise-level IT leadership roles within large, complex, matrixed organizations

Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale operating and capital budgets, technology investments, forecasting, vendor governance, and cost optimization initiatives

Experience leading multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed technology organizations and developing high-performing leadership teams

Experience in infrastructure, cloud, network, workplace, and data center operations with mastery of industry best practices, governance frameworks, and operational methodologies

Relevant experience leading cloud transformation initiatives and the migration to and management of cloud solutions

Demonstrated ability to establish strong business partnerships and align technology strategies with organizational goals and transformation initiatives

Demonstrated results in driving initiatives that reduce technical debt, improve operational performance, increase efficiency, and optimize technology investments

Proven experience managing strategic vendor relationships, contracts, licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, and service provider performance

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology risk management, business continuity, and resilience practices

A strong leader who can motivate teams, solve complex technical and business challenges, build stakeholder relationships, and drive organizational performance

Capacity to lead organizational change and ensure adoption of new strategies, technologies, and operating models

Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
