Position Description


Do you want to drive marketing for industry-leading, AI-powered technology and capital products that help small businesses and enterprises operate, grow, and compete more effectively? Are you excited to scale performance and enterprise marketing in a fast-growing fintech and SaaS environment where innovation is central to customer experience? So are we! iBusiness, located in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a technology company building intelligent platforms that simplify complex business workflows and enable smarter decision-making working closely with our sister entity, iBusiness Funding, that providers capital solutions. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to work with both brands to accelerate adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership across both products with primary focus on our AI-driven product portfolio.

The Vice President of Marketing will own the global marketing strategy across performance marketing, enterprise demand generation, brand, product, and partner marketing. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth, enterprise pipeline, and long-term brand equity as the company scales its technology platform.

 

Major Areas of Responsibility


  • Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning performance marketing, enterprise demand generation, product marketing alignment, brand, and partner marketing
  • Drive measurable revenue impact through ROI-focused growth initiatives, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion strategy
  • Lead enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to ensure clear positioning and messaging for AI-enabled, platform-based products
  • Translate product innovation and technical capabilities into compelling market narratives that resonate with small business, enterprise, and partner audiences
  • Oversee brand strategy, messaging, and thought leadership to strengthen market credibility and category leadership
  • Define strategy for industry publications, analyst engagement, conferences, panels, and executive speaking opportunities
  • Partner with PR and communications teams to amplify product innovation, customer success, and market perspective
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on go-to-market execution, pipeline strategy, and revenue alignment
  • Support partner marketing initiatives that drive platform adoption and ecosystem growth
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics across the full funnel, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
  • Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and investment allocation
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across campaigns, content, website, partner materials, and customer communications
  • Stay deeply informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and emerging technology to inform strategy and innovation

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within high-growth SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology companies
  • Proven track record driving both performance marketing and enterprise demand generation at scale
  • Experience marketing complex, platform-based or AI-enabled products to small business, enterprise, and partner audiences
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth metrics, including pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, conversion optimization, and ROI
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with Sales leadership on enterprise go-to-market strategy, forecasting, and revenue alignment
  • Fintech, Lendtech, or financial services technology experience strongly preferred, particularly in data-driven, regulated, or workflow-intensive environments
  • Experience positioning products that support business operations, financial workflows, analytics, or decision-making
  • Deep familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks, automation platforms, attribution models, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and executive-level insights
  • Experience shaping thought leadership, industry presence, and executive visibility across conferences, publications, and market forums
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced, evolving organization
