Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace is hiring a Vice President, People Operations Technology & Insights to help define the future of people operations. This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of AI, workforce transformation, and operational innovation. You will lead our global strategy for employee support, onboarding, reporting, analytics, data governance, and people technology, and partner across People, Finance, IT, Legal, and Audit to build a more intelligent, scalable, and insight-driven employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve a global people operations function spanning employee support, onboarding, reporting, analytics, data governance, and people technology.
  • Reimagine how work gets done by driving simplification, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery that improves speed, scale, and employee experience.
  • Shape the people technology and insights roadmap, elevate workforce data into strategic decision-making, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on priorities, risk, governance, and transformation.

AI-Enabled Transformation

  • Lead an AI-first roadmap for people operations, identifying and scaling high-impact use cases across employee support, onboarding, reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and knowledge management. You will help shift the function from transactional execution to intelligent, predictive, and self-improving operations.
  • Define how responsible AI is deployed across people operations, including privacy, compliance, bias mitigation, governance, validation, and auditability. Partner across the business to redesign workflows, build AI fluency, accelerate adoption, and unlock measurable gains in productivity, data quality, workforce insight, and employee experience.
What will help you succeed

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in People Operations and HR Technology, including global scope.
  • Strong experience in employee services, onboarding, reporting, analytics, controls, audits, data governance, and digital process transformation. Experience applying AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve service delivery, decision-making, and operational scale is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise people technology platforms, work across complex regulatory environments, and drive transformation at scale. You have experience leading cross-functional change involving technology, process redesign, governance, and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global technology company and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in shared services, automation, process improvement, workforce planning, skills-based transformation, or M&A integration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and AI governance frameworks in HR or other enterprise functions is highly desirable.
  • An advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field is also helpful.
