As a Business Manager in JPMorgan Private Client, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to organize, manage, and deliver initiatives aligned to our service model. You will help translate business priorities into clear plans, coordinate stakeholders, and track progress to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects supporting priority initiatives
  • Define project objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables with business leaders
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on timelines, dependencies, and decisions
  • Facilitate working sessions and governance routines to maintain execution momentum
  • Develop concise updates, materials, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data and metrics and communicate insights and implications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business management, operations, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials using standard presentation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • Proven ability to operate with accountability, reliability, and appropriate independence 
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting initiatives in retail banking, consumer banking, wealth management, or a client-facing financial services business
  • Experience creating leadership-level narratives that connect strategy, execution, and results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience improving processes, governance routines, or operating rhythms to strengthen delivery
