About Onfleet

Onfleet is the last-mile delivery platform behind millions of deliveries every month for thousands of businesses around the world. We enable shippers to manage deliveries across their private fleet, carriers, and couriers. We make it easy for dispatchers to plan and run their operations, drivers to execute deliveries, and recipients to get real-time tracking and notifications. Our customers span grocery, prepared meals, pharmacy, flowers, furniture, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Vice President of Product to lead Product at Onfleet, owning how our strategy gets translated into roadmaps and how roadmaps turn into shipped, adopted products. Your job is to sharpen our strategy where needed and define how the Onfleet product suite evolves as we scale up in a fast-growing market. This is a hands-on leadership seat where you'll stay close to the details and roll up your sleeves when the team needs it.

You'll report to our CEO and lead Product Management, Design, and User Research. You’ll also work closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. As our senior-most product leader, you'll sit on our Strategic Leadership Team and represent Product in company planning.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product roadmap that delivers on our strategy, and update both as our market and target customers change.
  • Prioritize aggressively by committing to a few well-scoped bets per quarter and saying no to other competing initiatives.
  • Build deep knowledge of the last-mile delivery industry and our core users: shippers, carriers and couriers, dispatchers, drivers, and recipients.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and partner with them to set company goals that tie product work to business outcomes.
  • Own how we gather, prioritize, and close the loop on product feedback from customers, Sales, CX, and other internal teams.
  • Coordinate work across squads so dependencies and risks surface early, and keep one roadmap view the whole company can see.
  • Connect product success metrics to company metrics, and build a team habit of defining success before launch and acting on what adoption data shows.
  • Represent Product internally and with our board of directors, customer advisory boards, and key customers.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and think ahead about team structure, process, and tooling.
  • Coach the team and define clear growth paths for each member.
What You'll Bring
  • You have 10+ years in B2B SaaS product roles, including 5+ years leading product teams and 3+ years as Director of Product or above.
  • You've run Product at a Series B+ company generating tens of millions of dollars in ARR.
  • You've led a product through a move upmarket into enterprise.
  • You've directly hired, managed, and developed Product Managers, Designers, and User Researchers.
  • You have significant UX and design experience, and you champion it across the company. You've overseen teams that run usability tests, user interviews, and experiments.
  • You've partnered with Engineering as equals: scoping work together before committing, keeping scope stable once work starts, and shipping in small iterations.
  • You've run market research to size opportunities in a customer base and adjacent markets.
  • You make roadmap calls by weighing customer evidence, usage data, strategy, and business impact, and you explain the trade-offs clearly.
  • You're analytical, using data to make decisions and hold yourself and your team to the numbers.
  • You've built or managed a Product Operations function, with working fluency in tools like Jira, Productboard, and Amplitude.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and in person.
  • You're highly organized and focused on outcomes.
Nice To Have
  • Experience in last-mile logistics or delivery.
What We Offer
  • Remote-first work environment with quarterly domestic travel
  • Generous employee stock options
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible PTO
