YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU WILL...

  • build, manage and grow our high performing Direct Sales & Key Account Management Team through leadership and motivation
  • define sales strategies and their operational implementation to establish KINEXON as a leading player in the US 
  • sell software products, combined hardware and software solutions, as well as service and support 
  • identify, qualify, develop and successfully close deals  
  • drive growth by defining and implementing new customer acquisition strategies  
  • design and optimize sales processes  
  • analyse, report and forecast on sales metrics and relevant key figures  
  • attract, develop and motivate talent for the sales department in collaboration with People & Culture 
  • report directly to and work closely with our CRO Industries
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

YOU...

  • have 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software and/or combined hardware and enterprise software solutions with focus on logistics and manufacturing for IoT/Production & Logistics topics
  • have experience in building a sales team
  • have a strong hands-on mentality and ability to continue to drive our expansion plans in new and high growth markets  
  • have C-level sales experience and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets  
  • have strong leadership skills and ability to coach, develop and inspire a team 
  • have industry knowledge in manufacturing and logistics and a strong network in those verticals
  • English language skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
