About Strategy.

At Huge, the Strategy craft is a multidisciplinary engine powered by strategists, product managers, marketing specialists, and insights experts. We sit at the intersection of business intelligence and innovation—unraveling complex enterprise challenges to architect actionable, durable strategies that propel our clients forward. Moving beyond static decks and traditional consulting deliverables, our team directly bridges the gap between commercial strategy and groundbreaking, transformational digital experiences.

Our approach melds product and digital experience strategy with growth strategies, data consulting, and brand innovation. We ground recommendations in insights and evidence to ensure creative innovation and market execution deliver tangible commercial value while keeping our clients ahead of rapidly shifting market dynamics.

The role.

We are seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead Business and Customer Experience (CX) transformation efforts for iconic brands and global enterprises. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in synthesizing customer insights, market dynamics, competitive moves, and operational realities to design, build, and scale high-impact AI business solutions across digital ecosystems.

In this role, you will act as a trusted thought partner to C-suite executives—leveraging a deep foundation in commercial strategy and digital transformation to help them navigate AI-driven market disruption, establish rigorous business cases, and model business impact. Beyond defining the strategic vision, you will lead the evolution from digital to AI transformation by bridging strategy to execution—prioritizing multi-year roadmaps based on quantitative trade-off analyses, data readiness, and system integration realities to ensure capital and effort yield maximum enterprise value.

What you’ll do.

Business Strategy

  • Formulate 3- to 5-year corporate growth visions, prioritize initiatives and create business transformation roadmaps..
  • Build robust financial models, e.g. ROI analyses, value realization frameworks, customer value pools to evaluate, prioritize, and justify major digital experience and product investments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, framing complex business problems, conducting current-state business diagnostics, and demonstrating the measurable economic impact of strategic recommendations.
  • Define future-state organizational structures, capability frameworks, and operational governance models needed to execute digital business transformations successfully.

Product Innovation, CX & AI Activation

  • Translate broad AI trends into concrete enterprise value propositions by identifying high-impact use cases across back-end enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms) and front-end digital touchpoints.
  • Shape new product propositions, digital service models, and revenue structures by synthesizing market research, competitive intelligence, and technology capability inputs.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams (Product, Business Analytics, Design, and Engineering) through the full lifecycle—from initial market strategy and rapid prototyping to product development, rollout, and post-launch scaling.
  • Synthesize macro-economic trends, market research, and user behavior data to craft strategic briefs that align client executives and inspire design and development teams.

Business Development & Practice Leadership

  • Partner with Client Services to identify growth vectors within major accounts and build compelling, data-backed business cases for enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead strategic win themes for major pitches, RFPs, and strategic consulting engagements, establishing clear commercial differentiation.
  • Act as a "player-coach," guiding strategy teams in rigorous business analysis and deliverable development while expanding the firm's strategic capabilities.

Key Capabilities & Performance Areas

  • Deep mastery of financial modeling, market sizing, cost-structure optimization, and P&L levers.
  • Strategic understanding of enterprise systems architecture, API ecosystems, and data flows required to activate AI capabilities and scale automation within existing client infrastructure.
  • Exceptional capability to translate complex quantitative/financial analyses and market data into compelling executive narratives.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy with Design, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure strategic recommendations are operationally viable and commercially sound.
What we’d like to see.
  • 15+ years of business strategy and leadership- a track record leading business strategy and CX, efforts within a top-tier product/services innovation agency, management consulting, or corporate strategy team.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level growth initiatives, market entry strategies, and multi-year digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing financial models, revenue projections, business cases, and value-realization frameworks for major client initiatives.
  • Experience taking digital products, services, or new business ventures from initial strategic discovery through economic modeling, design, and market launch.
    • The Competitive Edge:
      • Hands-on experience or strategic oversight of enterprise systems integrations designed to activate and scale AI solutions.
  • Proven experience presenting to and directly advising C-level executives, board members, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business or economics preferred.
