Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Enter, update, and organize information accurately.
- Assist with phone calls, messages, and general administrative requests.
- Maintain digital files and company records.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Protect confidential company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
