Reporting to the EVP of Omnichannel & Technology, this leader will define, execute, and drive the AI product operating system for the Communications Division, driving measurable operational efficiency, adoption, and competitive differentiation. The VP will serve as the bridge between strategic intent and technical execution—guiding internal teams and development partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that elevate how BGB delivers work.

  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable business value and define ROI frameworks for AI-driven transformation.
  • Build alignment between AI initiatives and BGB’s broader innovation, operations, and technology strategies.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for AI solutions—from concept to pilot to enterprise rollout.
  • Oversee selection and deployment of off-the-shelf tools
  • As required, lead internal and external teams to plan, launch and scale custom-built agentic systems to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Creative, Medical, Analytics, Strategy, and Project Management to identify high-value use cases and workflow opportunities.

Governance, Change Management & Enablement

  • Lead the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to establish governance, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to implement the AI Champions program, delivering function-specific training and adoption support.
  • Drive cultural adoption of AI through best-practice playbooks, prompt libraries, and documented use cases by function.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track adoption, engagement, efficiency, and compliance (“Amplify Index”).

Measurement & Continuous Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze product performance to assess impact on cycle time, productivity, and quality.
  • Establish KPI frameworks to quantify business outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and incubate opportunities to commercialize proprietary AI tools and agentic systems that generate new client value streams.
  • Develop and deploy learning loops to keep BGB at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and industry transformation.
  • Partner with Operations and Transformation Office who will support the process documentation, change management, and integration into project workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management, technical program management, or management consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional change management including technology implementations.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML platforms, APIs, agent architectures, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate effectively with executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years in AI/ML, enterprise automation, or data-driven SaaS.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, or regulated industries preferred.
