Who You Are

You are a strategic business partner and executive-level relationship builder who thrives on helping clients solve their most pressing challenges. You understand how to work with Homebuilder CMOs and senior marketing leaders to align Zonda’s digital solutions with their business objectives. You bring a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence decision makers at the highest levels. You bring:

  • 12+ years of progressive business development or enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years selling digital or SaaS solutions.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets and growth quotas through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Experience partnering with Homebuilder CMOs and senior marketing executives to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the homebuilding industry and/or real estate technology (preferred).
  • Prior Corporate Homebuilder Marketing Experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel(minimum 14 –20trips per year)to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent Zonda.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

As the Vice President, Business Development, you will serve as both a sales leader and a trusted business partner to Zonda’s top builder accounts. You will work hand-in-hand with CMOs and marketing teams to uncover challenges, design solutions, and ensure Zonda is their partner of choice in driving innovation and growth. In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to top builder CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Lead business development strategy and growth initiatives for national builder clients.
  • Driving businessat a corporate levelandsupportingDirector of Business Development(DBDs)in local markets
  • Consistently achieve growth goals and sales quotas by developing solutions that drive a measurable impact.
  • Provide consultative solutions using Zonda’s portfolio, including:
  • NHS Listings & Advertising, Digital Solutions andUtour
  • Partner with Account Managers who execute campaigns and deliver quarterly results to clients.
  • Translate client business challenges into tailored, results-driven solutions.
  • Develop long-term account strategies to maximize growth and retention.
  • Negotiate enterprise-level agreements that strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Represent Zonda at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a senior brand ambassador.
