Role Summary

TBK Bank is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Lending team. In this high-impact role, you’ll help businesses grow by delivering customized financial solutions while building and managing a strong portfolio of commercial banking relationships. Day in the Life

As a Senior Relationship Manager, no two days are the same. You’ll spend your time building relationships with business owners, identifying new growth opportunities, structuring financing solutions, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. From prospecting new clients to guiding transactions from origination to closing, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses succeed while contributing to the continued growth of TBK Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve loan, deposit, and fee income goals

  • Structure and manage commercial lending solutions including C&I loans, commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing

  • Partner with Treasury Management, SBA, Factoring, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions

  • Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing portfolio management

  • Evaluate client financials, industry trends, and capital needs to identify opportunities and manage risk

  • Present credit opportunities to leadership and credit committees with sound business judgment

  • Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, covenant compliance, and relationship profitability

  • Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the TBK Bank brand within the business community

  • Collaborate with lending, underwriting, loan administration, and retail banking teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related experience preferred

  • 5+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong focus on relationship management and business development

  • Proven success generating commercial loans and deposits

  • Experience structuring and managing commercial credit transactions

  • Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Self-motivated with strong sales and prospecting skills

  • Ability to manage a pipeline while maintaining an existing portfolio

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $117,501.00 - $178,601.00
