As Procore’s Vice President of Investor Relations, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. You will architect and champion Procore’s global investor relations vision, capital market strategy, and corporate narrative. In this role, you will be the primary voice and executive conduit between Procore and the institutional investment community, sell-side analysts, and major shareholders.

You will be responsible for translating complex SaaS financials, product roadmaps, and multi-year growth strategies into a compelling, transparent investment thesis. Beyond executing the quarterly earnings cycle, you will act as an internal strategic advisor—leveraging macroeconomic data, competitive intelligence, and shareholder feedback to help shape Procore’s capital allocation, corporate development, and corporate governance decisions.

This position reports directly to Procore’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and requires an executive with a sophisticated command of Wall Street dynamics, exceptional financial acumen, and high-stature executive presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Narrative & Executive Advisorship: Partner directly with the CEO and CFO to shape Procore’s public market narrative. Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Board of Directors regarding market sentiment, valuation drivers, and strategic positioning.

  • Capital Markets Strategy & Targeting: Architect and execute a proactive, global shareholder targeting program. Strategically cultivate relationships with long-only institutional investors and growth-oriented funds to optimize Procore's shareholder base and maximize long-term valuation.

  • Earnings Governance & Leadership: Direct and oversee the end-to-end quarterly earnings process. Author high-impact executive scripts, Q&A frameworks, investor presentations, and shareholder letters. Drive absolute alignment across Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Corporate Communications.

  • Market Intelligence & Valuation Analysis: Oversee the analysis of sell-side models, consensus estimates, and peer valuation metrics. Synthesize macroeconomic trends, competitive shifts, and regulatory changes into actionable strategic insights for internal business unit leaders.

  • Public Disclosure & Corporate Governance: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure absolute compliance across all public disclosures, SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks), and ESG/sustainability reporting. Manage investor records and data tracking frameworks with institutional rigor.

  • Global Financial Advocacy: Serve as the primary, high-credibility spokesperson for Procore at non-deal roadshows, analyst days, industry conferences, and institutional forums, managing critical 1:1 engagements alongside the executive team.

  • Team Leadership & Scale: Lead, mentor, and scale the Investor Relations team, building a high-performing function that acts as an elite internal advisory group.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 15+ years of sophisticated financial experience, with at least 5+ years leading a public company Investor Relations function. Deep background in institutional equity research (buy-side or sell-side), corporate development, or investment banking within the Enterprise SaaS or high-growth B2B technology sectors is highly preferred.

  • SaaS Acumen: Mastery of enterprise software metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, rule of 40, gross margin expansion) and the ability to articulate complex technology platforms and ecosystem strategies to non-technical investors.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional stature, high EQ, and communication skills. Proven track record of commanding the room with institutional investors and providing candid, data-driven counsel to C-suite executives and Board members.

  • Financial & Regulatory Mastery: Flawless financial modeling capabilities and a deep, intuitive understanding of GAAP/non-GAAP accounting principles, SEC regulations, Regulation FD, and public market compliance.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA, CFA, orIRC (Investor Relations Charter) designation is highly desirable.
