Job Role:
We seek an accomplished and motivated VP of Sales to lead our software sales team and drive our global expansion. This is a strategic leadership role focused on acquiring and nurturing high-value, tier-1 international clients while building and scaling a results-driven sales organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing SAAS sales pipelines, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our international client base, with a focus on tier-1 customers.
- Build,mentor and lead a high-performing sales team; inspire them to exceed targets and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine our offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically leverage partnerships to expand market reach.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and client onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent us at industry events, webinars, and conferences to drive brand visibility and generate new leads.
Profile:
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales leadership roles, with 5+ years in a VP or senior sales position, ideally in SaaS or tech-based platforms.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-profile, tier-1 international clients with a consultative, customer-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, no-code solutions, and digital/mobile app development landscapes.
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Experience building and leading remote teams, with a focus on performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- High-level proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
