What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a strategic, high-impact VP, Strategic Sales to lead Hyro's Strategic Sales organization, managing a team of Regional Vice Presidents responsible for driving growth across Hyro's most strategic and complex national health systems. This role reports to Hyro's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will shape segment strategy, guide your team through competitive, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, and partner closely with executive leadership to scale Hyro's position in the market.
You are a leader who brings strong executive presence, consultative selling capabilities, and a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets. You understand the dynamics of large health systems, how committees and governing boards decide, and how to build momentum across stakeholders ranging from department leaders to the C-suite. You think like a strategist and act like an operator, translating enterprise challenges into compelling ROI and value realization outcomes, and you know how to develop and enforce a predictable, accountable sales operating rhythm.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to exceed revenue targets across national health systems.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Hyro's most strategic and complex health system accounts.
- Build and enforce a high-accountability operating rhythm across forecasting, pipeline management, qualification, deal strategy, and coaching, using MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or a similar qualification framework.
- Support RVPs in complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, including multi-department, C-suite, and Board-level engagements, and in building the business cases and ROI models that connect Hyro's agentic AI platform to cost, efficiency, patient access, labor, and patient experience outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions, Legal, and Engagement Managers to align messaging, enablement, value frameworks, and competitive positioning.
- Provide reliable forecasting and performance insights to the CRO and executive leadership.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top enterprise sales talent to continue scaling the organization.
- Monitor healthcare market shifts, emerging competitors in conversational and agentic AI, ecosystem partnerships, and regulatory changes to guide strategic direction.
- Operate as a culture carrier, modeling clarity, ownership, accountability, and urgency.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 6+ years leading successful sales organizations or multi-AE/RVP teams.
- Proven success selling SaaS enterprise solutions into complex, national health systems.
- Deep familiarity with long-cycle, consensus-driven sales involving C-suite, department heads, clinical operators, and advisory or steering committees.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels, including C-suite and Board discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and run scalable sales operating rhythms (forecasting, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar qualification, pipeline rigor, strategic deal coaching).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated success scaling teams and building a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
This is a remote role working from home with up to 50% travel. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
