The Wholesale Marketing Programs Manager leads the strategy and execution of marketing programs designed to drive retail performance. By partnering closely with sales and dispensary partners, this role ensures our brands show up effectively across wholesale channels and deliver strong, consistent sell-through.

 

Your Impact

 

  • Drive wholesale revenue through smart, sales-focused marketing programs
  • Build and manage promotional calendars aligned with sales goals, product launches, and inventory needs
  • Manage key platforms like Dutchie, iHeartJane, Springbig, Sparkplug, and Weedmaps
  • Own digital retail presence (menu ads, promos, merchandising)
  • Support budtenders and dispensaries with campaigns, contests, and marketing assets
  • Track campaign performance (ROI, sell-through, engagement) and optimize based on data insights
  • Partner cross-functionally to keep programs on-brand, compliant, and running smoothly

 

Your Strengths

 

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, or wholesale marketing (cannabis experience preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and strong data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
