About your new role:

The Wholesale Sales Director at Command|Link is a senior sales leader focused on driving revenue through wholesale and reseller partners, including MSPs, carriers, and technology vendors who resell Command|Link services to their end customers. This role is heavily services-focused, with an emphasis on internet, network connectivity, and global/international solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing relationships with reseller partners, serving as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the full lifecycle—from opportunity discovery and quoting through ordering and ongoing partnership growth. This role blends business development, direct wholesale selling, and partner management, with a strong focus on global connectivity opportunities and international sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a wholesale go-to-market strategy in partnership with the CRO and broader sales leadership.
  • Identify, recruit, and grow relationships with MSPs, carriers, and vendors that resell Command|Link services.
  • Drive new revenue by selling internet, network connectivity, and global services through wholesale and reseller partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller partners, managing day-to-day engagement, opportunity development, and long-term partnerships.
  • Own the wholesale sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, quoting, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Manage reseller quoting and ordering workflows, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong partner experience.
  • Leverage experience in global connectivity sourcing to support international and multi-country opportunities.
  • Expand existing reseller relationships by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new market opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.

What You’ll Need for Success

  • 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, channel sales, or partner-driven sales within the mid-to-large enterprise market.
  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales role focused on new business development.
  • Experience selling connectivity services such as internet access, network services, and global/INTL solutions.
  • Strong understanding of reseller, MSP, and carrier ecosystems.
  • Experience with global connectivity sourcing or international service delivery is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage quoting, pricing, and ordering processes in a fast-paced, services-oriented environment.
  • Strong business acumen with creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
