  • Women currently enrolled at a Chicago-area college or university
  • Must be searching for an internship opportunity for Summer 2027
  • Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027/Spring 2028
  • Undergraduate juniors and first-year Master's/MBA students are welcome to apply
  • Open to all majors and disciplines
  • Complete application, including resume and responses to the required questions, submitted by September 20, 2026
Participants selected for Women's Day will be expected to:
  • Attend and actively engage in all scheduled program sessions and networking events.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect in interactions with fellow participants, professionals, and firm representatives.
  • Participate in interactive discussions, workshops, and learning opportunities.
  • Build meaningful connections with peers and industry professionals.
  • Come prepared to share perspectives, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to group conversations.
  • Explore career opportunities within investment banking, energy transition, and infrastructure finance.
  • Provide feedback following the program to help enhance future participant experiences.
