The Opportunity
As a Workday Implementation Consultant - Talent & Learning - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. This role is essential in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Talent, Learning and/or Engagement Manager certification

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
