  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced, certified Workday Integration Manager to oversee and implement complex system integrations between Workday's cloud platform and external systems, focusing on both HCM and Financial domains.

As a PPS Integrations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Architect and implement enterprise-level integration solutions, addressing sophisticated business requirements through Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and third-party platforms

  • Focus on Extend and other integrations as needed

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business challenges and develop comprehensive integration strategies to resolve them

  • Spearhead client training initiatives through workshops and educational sessions to promote Workday integration best practices

  • Manage end-to-end integration processes while ensuring cross-functional alignment and risk mitigation

  • Create functional prototypes to demonstrate various design approaches and clarify integration strategies

  • Provide expert guidance on industry standards and leading practices

  • Lead a small team
     

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Current Workday Integration and Studio implementer certifications required - other implementer certifications are a plus

  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with recent leadership responsibilities managing a small team

  • Extensive hands-on experience (4+ years) implementing Workday integrations

  • Proven expertise with Workday Studio (4+ years)

  • Experience with Workday Extend platform preferred

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.
