Role Overview:

Could you be our next Worksite Billing Auditor I? Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Billing Auditor I to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for handling the incoming calls and emails from the agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. You will research and use information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems, answer questions, and assist business owners and bookkeepers with their invoices.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate and explain basic account information to the customer, including their billing statements.
  • Aid users with our online billing system.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations, manage and diffuse high-tension Situations.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in phone rotation.
  • Research miscellaneous issues from our accounts & agencies.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.

What You Can Bring:

  • Call center experience (1+ years preferred).
  • Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to provide great customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have the ability to maintain composure in stressful Situations, manage and diffuse high-tension situations.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to stay focused, even when working from home.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • The ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided.
