Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Campaign Management & Yield Optimization, the Yield Manager, Precision is the individual contributor responsible for yield analysis and strategy on our Precision product. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards for various teams across the organization. You'll design the frameworks governing data elevation, ad delivery, campaign optimization, and supply partner management. You will provide data driven recommendations for business and operations decisions and a key piece in the growth of our Precision business

What You’ll Do

  • Own yield strategy including pricing guidance, alerting, ad delivery and conversion, and demand allocation
  • Design packaging frameworks and define end-to-end deal operations from setup through optimization
  • Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) on priority rules, demand distribution; build forecasting models quantifying revenue and margin impacts
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to build unified dashboards across channels; establish campaign and supply health KPIs/standards and serve as escalation point alerts for systemic issues
  • Lead strategic internal collaboration across AdOps, Sales, Partner Management, Measurement and more.
  • Support these teams with data and analyses from day-to-day work to internal and external presentations, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and monetization opportunities; collaborate with Ad Tech on server/OMS configurations

What We Need

  • 5+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct deal optimization ownership
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ad Manager, including key-value setup and reporting.
  • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience and deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (RTB, PMP, deal IDs) and publisher ad tech (ad servers, SSPs, OMS)
  • Proven portfolio-level yield experience—floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization—not just campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL preferred; excellent executive communication and presentation abilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare or pharma advertising background with compliance and regulatory awareness
  • Work experience at large AdTech company, SSP, or scaled premium publisher
  • Experience with programmatic 3rd Party Monetization/Wrapper companies
  • Forecasting/revenue planning model experience tied to inventory, pricing, and sales targets

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Willingness to learn and dig in on data, ad server setup and supply partner management
  • A systems mindset that balances short-term yield with long-term network and client health
  • Ability to simplify complexity—turning detailed targeting parameters into actionable insights
  • Technical fluency with engineers and analysts paired with strong storytelling for commercial and executive audiences
