You are the field-facing expert on Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) — Zoom's AI-powered platform for revenue teams. Mass Market sales teams bring you in when customers want to see how AI can transform their sales processes. This quota-carrying role combines consultative selling with AI solution design, helping customers operationalize intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Driving Adoption & Revenue: Influence qualified pipeline and bookings for ZRA and related AI solutions.

  • Architecting Outcome-Focused Solutions: Map customer sales processes, design AI-augmented workflows, and define integration steps across CRM and sales engagement systems.

  • Leading Workshops & POCs: Run customer sessions that turn interest into committed projects.

  • Enabling the Field: Create decks, playbooks, and demo flows that help AEs and SEs position ZRA effectively.

  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Marketing, Product Development, and PSO to align customer needs with roadmap priorities.

  • Evangelizing AI for Revenue Teams: Represent Zoom's vision for AI in sales—bridging today's capabilities with the future of agentic orchestration.

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in a sales technology industry selling to sales operations, enablement and leadership.

  • Show proven ability to engage CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales Operations leaders in strategic discussions about revenue performance.

  • Demonstrate understanding of sales process design, forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching analytics.

  • Have conceptual and operational knowledge of CRM and sales engagement systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong).

  • Show effective communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences.

  • Understand API-level integrations across sales tech ecosystems

  • Have an entrepreneurial, AI first mindset—thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment within a global enterprise.

  • Reside in the East Coast time zone (EST/EDT)

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160,000.00

Maximum:

$326,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
